Marisa & Ryan had quite the amazing wedding and lots of time for portraits which always gets an A+ in my book. We started the day getting ready at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel. Then headed to the Baltimore Basilica for the wedding ceremony. As Marisa stepped out of the limo, the snow started coming down. You remember that ONE snow we actually got this winter? Well this was it. It was gorgeous and we were all excited! After the ceremony, the snow was still coming down hard and I couldn’t wait to start taking photos in it. Marisa (and Ryan) were troopers! A long time for portraits is always great but when it’s literally freezing outside, it can make the comfort level for the couple pretty low. But they knew they wanted amazing portraits so they braved the cold. The limo drove us around Baltimore and we hopped out at different spots. Halfway through, we headed back to the hotel where it was time for Marisa to not only change dresses, but get a completely new hair and makeup look. Each look was amazing and she looked gorgeous! After warming up a little bit, we were all ready for round #2 of portraits and once again we hopped back in the limo. The cold finally got the best of Marisa & Ryan right as the sun finished setting which was perfect timing! We headed back to the hotel and geared up for the start of the reception. A beautiful spotlight hit Marisa & Ryan during their first dance and the party continued after that. I’m so happy I could work with Marisa & Ryan and capture this special day for them! Congrats you two!
