I’m back! I obviously haven’t been photographing at my normal pace these past six months due to COVID. In fact, 80% of my weddings were moved until next year. But I’ve still been working a little here and there–headshots, family sessions, etc. It just hasn’t been anything I have blogged about. My fall is decently busy considering all the things so don’t worry, I will have some beautiful photos and people to share with you in the upcoming weeks. To start off with the beauty, today I’m going to share Tamara & Brian’s wedding portrait session. They will be eloping next month but really wanted to get some photos while the weather was still warm and all the pretty was still on the trees. And funny story! I know Brian. I didn’t realize it until the session when I realized he looked familiar. He had figured it out before then but I just love when paths cross like that when you are least expecting it. When I first moved to Baltimore almost ten years ago, I joined a running club and Brian was a member. The running club became more like a social club too and all of us hung out together outside of running which made moving to a new city so much easier. Anyway, they were fun times and I haven’t seen Brian in many years so it was so good to see him and meet his beautiful and super sweet soon-to-be wife. Tamara was giving the camera all the poses and the looks which made my job so easy! The day of the session was one of those beautiful last days of summer, but not hot enough to sweat days. It couldn’t have been better. I wish these two so much happiness together!
