I knew I wanted to be Carley and Mark’s photographer when during our consult Carley and I realized that we were wearing the same ring, a princess ring. Mine was passed down from my mother and her’s was passed down from her grandmother. I wear this ring always so it was definitely a sign. But then when Carley and Mark brought me hot chocolate instead of coffee (because they remembered I don’t drink coffee) to their engagement session, I really knew it was meant to be. These two are such a blast and just sweet people all around. Carley has one of those smiles that is super infectious and lights up the whole room. And of course Mark laughs and smiles right along with her which makes my job pretty easy.
Since Carley and Mark’s first date was at Woodberry Kitchen, they decided that an engagement session photographed at Clipper Mill was the perfect location. I could not have agreed more. We were able to get so many fabulous images from this session. And of course, I can’t pick a favorite photo because I love them all!
I’m so excited about their upcoming wedding at the Legg Mason Tower in Baltimore, Maryland. The fabulous Lee from Elizabeth Bailey Weddings will be planning it and I can’t wait to work with the rockstar vendor team she will put together.
