Since I might be tagging along on an important upcoming day of yours and we will probably be friends afterwards, I thought you might want to know some things about me.

I am very tall--six feet! I was born and raised in Tennessee and am a true Southerner at heart, but I call Charm City home now.

I am married to an awesome guy and when nobody's watching, we are goofballs. We just bought a new house in suburbia and I might be obsessed with decorating it. Pinterest has become my new best friend. I am in love with traveling. My husband and I make it a priority to travel out of the country at least once a year. When you come to our house, you will meet our two adorable toy poodles.

I am a health nut and exercise is a priority. I hibernate in winter. I must always be learning or I will get bored. I love meeting new people. I only like shopping by myself. I like to eat A LOT therefore I enjoy cooking gourmet foods and eating at delicious restaurants. My family and friends are always my number one.

And lastly, I am consumed with photography and creating beautiful and creative photographs.

MORE ABOUT ME

I would describe my images as crisp, bold, and artistic. I want every single image I create to evoke emotion. When you look back at a single image from your wedding day, I want you to remember the exact way you were feeling.

I never go to any photo shoot or wedding without my lighting assistant. I love natural light but I don't like to be controlled by it so I create my own light. Off camera lighting allows me to make my images more dynamic, dramatic, and flattering. I certainly wouldn't be able to create the sunset and night photos I'm known for without off camera lighting.

When a couple invites me to be a part of their wedding day, I am still excited every single time. I love building relationships with my couples and I consider all of them friends by the end of their wedding day. I truly love, love, love being a wedding photographer and I can't imagine doing anything else.
