This is Part II of my blogs about the NACE Experience. You can view Part I here. During NACE Experience, local Baltimore vendors came together to create gorgeous events and parties that showcased the immense talent in the Baltimore area. This blog post will highlight the amazingly beautiful Culinary Experience. The Culinary Experience was held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. The ballroom was transformed with a farm to table theme for this brunch event.
Local chefs including Chef Carlos Gomez from the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, Chef Daniel Horwitz from The Pantry Catering, Chef John Walsh from The Classic Catering People, and Chef John Shields from Gertrude’s each prepared a delicious brunch dish live while talking through each step of food sourcing, preparation, and the actual cooking. The event was moderated by the fabulous Chef Egg.
Not only was the food delicious, but the room design was absolutely amazing thanks to the hard work of some of the best of the best event vendors in the Baltimore area. Long farms table were mixed with round tables throughout the room. Each table was individually decorated with various fruits, vegetable, herbs, flowers, and candles. Big thanks to:

This is the first Culinary Experience I have been a part of but I’m quite sure it couldn’t get much better than this. Absolutely stunning!
