Jamie & Evan are completely adorable together and complement each other perfectly. They both grew up in the area and attended the same college but didn’t meet until they were both living in LA pursuing their dreams of becoming involved with the movie industry. If that isn’t fate, I don’t know what is. You can read more about Jamie & Evan’s story in their New York Times wedding feature. Fast forward a little and these two are engaged and planning their perfect wedding with the fabulous Pam from Elizabeth Bailey Weddings. One thing I loved about Jamie & Evan from the beginning is that their wedding was going to be completely original and totally them. They chose a unique location, kept the colors bright, incorporated details from the movie industry, and kept the tablescapes fun. Oh and did I mention that Jamie and her bridesmaids were wearing zebra print footie pajamas when I arrived for the getting ready portion of the day? The rest of the time before the ceremony was jam packed full of portraits inside the museum and outside as well. These two along with their families and bridal party braved the winter cold, but I think it was worth it. The ceremony in the pavilion at the Baltimore Museum of Industry was transformed and was absolutely gorgeous thanks to Wicked Willow Florist. Gorgeous brightly colored paper flowers lined the aisle and covered the chuppah. The night continued with a packed dance floor thanks to the band, The Source. Jamie & Evan honeymooned in Africa and had giraffes peaking through their windows at breakfast. Lets just say that I’m a tad (ok ALOT) bit jealous of their trip.
I’m so incredibly happy for Jamie & Evan and I wish them the happiest of days ahead in their life together! Thanks for letting me be a part of it!
