We started photographing Kelly & Brian’s engagement session in the Sculpture Garden at the Baltimore Museum of Art.  I absolutely LOVE all of the architecture the sculptures provide.  It allows me to be super creative and artistic which I love.  A couple of minutes after starting the session, we were asked to leave by security.  I assured the man that I had called beforehand to ask permission about the engagement session and was told there were no restrictions for photographers.  I guess they weren’t counting on me bringing an assistant carrying a huge softbox.  I’m not sure where the confusion came in but after some begging and pleading on my part, I convinced the manager to let us stay for 30 more minutes in the garden which was perfect!  So happy he let us stay.  The BMA rocks! After the sculpture garden, we headed to the front of the museum to continue our modern photo shoot and finished the evening with my customary sunset photos and night photos.  Loved how these turned out! Kelly and Brian were awesome and so easy to work with.  I’m so excited for their National Aquarium wedding in Baltimore, Maryland in October!!
