Shira and Ross’s wedding was so much fun!  Actually, I think it might be Jewish weddings in general that are so much fun.  There is constantly something happening which makes photographing the event exciting.  But this couple definitely added their own spin on things.  Shira was one of the most relaxed bride I have ever known.  Her and her bridesmaids were goofing off during the getting ready portion–stretching to pass the time.  And it wasn’t the groom and groomsmen who wore sneakers, but the bride and bridesmaids–love!  Shira and Ross together were just too cute and playful.  Because of their personalities, we decided that there couldn’t be a better place to photograph the portraits than the playground. After the Kabbalat and ceremony, the reception began and I don’t think anyone got off the dance floor the entire evening! I loved learning about all of the traditions that are part of a Jewish Orthodox wedding–can’t wait until the next one!!
